Let me firs start off by saying that no matter how much I write or express my gratitude while working with Ms. Brooks, it will still not do her enough justice in her level of effort that she will put forward to make sure that not only you find a place to live in this crazy market currently, but that you will be satisfied and at ease with the place she helps you find. She is no way attempts to cut corners and simply get you into a place so she can get her commission and move on. She worked with me for over 3 weeks to simply find a rental property that she would bird dog other realtors for answers, make sure I wasn’t wasting time on applications if there were several before me, and worked with me on understanding my commuting needs to my new job. One example, rentals were flying off the market the day they were listed, she voluntarily took off from her home after dinner one evening to face time me while I was crossing the country to make sure we could get an application in on a place. That’s the other thing, she was facetiming and working with me while I was in transit across the country. Her communication and explanation of the area is exemplary based on her living in the area for a long time as well. The amount of time she would spend working with me, answering any and all simple questions, it was hard to understand I was not her only customer, that’s how attentive she was with myself, and I am sure she is with all her clients. If I ever need a realtor again in the local area, she is on speed dial.
